This policy explains how Jajalan Guides Sdn. Bhd. delivers guide files. All products we sell are delivered electronically — there is no physical shipment, courier or tracking number involved. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
Because our products are digital, "delivery" means issuing a download link to the email address you provide at checkout, not dispatching a physical parcel. This policy sets expectations for how and when that happens.
Guides are delivered by email as a download link to the delivery email address entered at checkout. We do not deliver files by courier or in person unless separately agreed in writing for a specific order.
Download links point to files hosted on Google Drive. You do not need a Google account to open or download the shared file; the link opens directly in your browser.
Most guides are delivered within minutes of payment being confirmed. Orders placed outside business hours may take up to one business day. Where a delay beyond this is expected, we will notify you by email.
Your Google Drive download link remains active for 30 days from the date it is issued. Please download and save your file within this window. If your link has expired, contact us at jajalanguides@outlook.com with your order reference and we will re-issue it.
Download links are issued only after payment has been received and verified in our account. We do not deliver files on the promise of a pending or unconfirmed payment.
You are responsible for entering a correct and accessible delivery email address at checkout. If a download link is sent to an email address you provided incorrectly, we will re-send it once to a corrected address at no charge upon verification of your order.
If you have not received a download link within the timeframe stated in Clause 4, first check your spam or junk folder, then contact us at jajalanguides@outlook.com with your order reference. We will confirm delivery status and re-send or investigate as needed.
Guides are delivered as PDF files unless otherwise stated on the product listing, and are readable on any standard PDF viewer on desktop, tablet or mobile without requiring a specific app or ongoing internet connection.
